I am sad to learn that you don't feel well. For sure, we cannot get the world by the balls everyday. But in this case it is maybe advisable to scale down this ambition and to content oneself by getting a friend by the balls.
If you need a volunteer I can agree to be candidate. And you would kill two birds with one stone by proceeding by yourself to this famous check-up that you recommend me to make all fifteen of the month.
If you decide not to retain such proposal, I hope at least that I made you smile, my dear friend, and that, as well as my many bisous, it helps you to feel better very soon.

Since you are such a good teacher, teach us one day about your condition. Most folks suffer with disease and illness, how does it affect our sexual health? Geez, think of all the meds we take and their effect!! It's a wonder you can find any healthy people in photos. Bet each of this photo-people have a personal story to tell too. No one escapes illness.
I hope you recover quickly.
