I fear Summer has begun to wane here. Ambient and pool temps are dropping.
Soon the pool will be too cold
and I'll have to be satisfied with lounging next to it.
Though, I'd much rather be at the beach.
Or, out on the water.
Whichever situation you face, enjoy what's left.

Don't give up on summer just yet!
Autumn will begin on September 23, according to astronomers and calendars, but according to the meteorologists it will start on the 1st of September.
I deduce that you would have been better as a meteorologist than as an astronomer.

@ MFP - LOL. Perhaps I would. I know what the weather is by either looking out the window, or leaving the house. I also have a temp gauge with a digital readout for ambient temp and pool temp. Is that cheating? But, even more so, the pattern of cooler nights and daytime temps is a bit bit of a clue that we are fast approaching what we call Indian Summer. Hugs and bisous!
One of our hottest days yet is going to be today. I hope it stays summer for awhile yet. I haven't been swimming as much as I'd like. Wish I had a bud to go swimming with.
@ Anon - If you visited the closest nude swimming hole (or beach) I'm sure you'd find others there to befriend. Nudists are a friendly bunch.
