Well, it's not that I don't have subjects for posts. I do. Some requests/questions from readers and some things via Healthline and MEL magazine. What I don't have today?
Motivation! I frequently find myself wanting to not do things and I just make myself get started and before I know it, I've lost myself and several hours doing things. But it is nice to rest once in awhile. I took a hard nap yesterday... down for and hour and a half... and slept deeply for a change. By Friday, I am always a bit exhausted. Take care, dear.
