People have made even shorter pangrams (sentences containing all 26 letters), such as "Glib jocks quiz nymph to vex dwarf" (28 letters). The shortest possible solution would use only 26 letters, like "Mr Jock, TV quiz PhD, bags few lynx," but it uses abbreviations, and it's not very cool.
