A very, very rough night. It just is not any fun to wake up with muscle cramps that slap the boner down in a split second and make you scream in pain.

Sorry to learn you are in such pain. What, if anything, can you do to relieve it? Despite that, you have posted a lovely posting of handsome men, and such great cocks.

Take some time to relax. Being low in potassium will give you muscle cramps. Eat a banana, they are high in potassium.
I ditto everyone! Take it easy.
Magnesium is supposed to help muscle cramps and it is recommended to balance that with calcium I believe.
Interestingly, dextromethorphan helps a little with the post exertional malaise of CFS which, although it is not actually cramps is still painful muscle contractions.
Good luck in dealing with that particular side effect.
@ Anon - I have a form of Muscular Dystrophy. It decides to really flare sometimes....
@ Big Dude - I take massive amounts of Ibuprofen (prescription grade) to deal with aftermath. Other than that, not much I can do....but rest and catch up on lost sleep.
@ Hooteer - My doctor has given me meds that help --- most of the time. When the Muscular Dystrophy kicks into high gear...oy!
