Yes, it's that time again.
BUDDY BALL CHECK
If you've been reading this blog for any amount of time, you know how important I think the Testicular Self Exam is.
Having lost a friend to ball cancer, it tops my list of medical concerns when it comes to the equipment. It takes only a few seconds of your time. First thing in the morning before you roll out of bed. Or in the shower.
And it doesn't have to be a chore. It's permissible to have a bit of fun while you're at it.

Good advice!
I had my yearly two weeks ago....and my doctor check the boys. Course when he rolled them around I popped a hard on. I think he might be catching on why.
