The Japanese sure seem to have weird symbolism, or maybe it's the equivalent of a Rorschach test and I do: my first pass was horny guy; horny guy has sex with minor; horny guy is actually hermaphrodite; said hermaphrodite has baby. The Japanese translation makes more sense.
