@ Demian - Being in the hhospital, I would think it normal to not be able to get a hard-on. Remember, the cock is our barometer of health. If we are feeling ill, or have some malady, the boners disappear. When health returns, so does the wood. It could also be that your subconscious mind keeps you from getting hard in that hospital atmosphere - and when you get home: Boom! there it is.
I hope the hardness returns full bore when you get home!
