If It Requires Pants

The eye is fine; no glaucoma. But, it's rather good news/bad news. TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) is the suspected cause of what happened.

The signs and symptoms of a TIA resemble those found early in a stroke and may include sudden onset of: Weaknessnumbness or paralysis in your face, arm or leg, typically on one side of your body. Slurred or garbled speech or difficulty understanding others. Blindness in one or both eyes or double vision.

So, there we have it: We know what it wasn't, but no solid conclusion as to what it was. Now, further tests...
Life is full of surprises. Like
Getting a boner in the campus medical clinic.

Your doctor greeting you with a spontaneous boner

Being thankful you decided to put on shorts to cook

A friend suddenly deciding to show off his cock

Getting "pantsed" in a store
But, no matter what my wife planned for the weekend,
Well, at least I know it's safe for me to read. Don't have to worry about eye strain.

Have a terrific weekend.

Talking Sex

This, from Jean - who always find the most interesting articles for me. Thank you!

Isn't it interesting that in the throes of puberty we don't want to have these discussions with our parents?

Then, when we're adults we wish we would've been more open to them, and paid more attention?

Of course, my parents never said a word about anything to me. And, all my brother got were beatings for beating off, and a box of condoms thrown at him as he left for the Army.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. Appointment today - hope I'll get answers.

If I Could

Still chillin' as much as possible so as not to strain the eye.

This would be so much easier if I could pick up a book and read.

As Best I Can

Thank you to my fellow bloggers (Patrick (Men I've Never Met), Rick (SickoRicko's Crap), and Phil (AOM Morning Dew)) who posted about my absence. I hope to return to posting soon.
Thank you to those who saw the notices on those blogs and sent emails of well-wishes.
This is turning out to be like an episode of
The Twilight Zone
All that's missing is the voice-over of Rod Serling.
Have an appt on Thursday for a complete vision work-up.
In the meantime, I'm chilling as best I can.
