According to ABC News and other sources, pro-Trump attorneys have been circulating a draft Emergency Executive Order to cancel the midterms. You can read it here: Democracy Docket.
And
According to MSN South Carolina House Republicans are drafting Resolution to overturn Obergefell and redefine marriage in the state.

It's horrible what the republicunts are doing and what they are trying to do.. They can draft anything they want but they probably lack the legal power to overturn Obergefell .... and I wish ABC would pull their head out of their ass since they insist on posting both sides of any issue... The president of the US has no authority whatsoever to cancel the elections... again he can write as many executive orders as he wants... it's not going to happen because the supreme court will be forced to recognize the constitution with plainly forbids the president to cancel an election.
Oh, there IS fuckery afloat.
This administration is doing everything it can to curtail our rights. In every front.

They can continue whatever they want to do, but all they're going to do is hurt themselves deeply in the midterms which is why they want to do this probably. But they will go down because they're wasting time doing all this nonsense stuff which people who care less about. Maybe get prices down, address healthcare, daycare, stop spending on Wars..

Oh, I sure hope you're right about SCOTUS. With 3 of them coming from the Heritage Foundation's list, I really don't trust them with either issue. They can claim "state's rights" with SC, and Executive Emergency Power for the elections.

Lordy, I hope they down - HARD. The Dem lost the MTG district special election by 11 points...a district Cankles took by 37 points. If that ain't a wake-up call....
