The surgery went well. So far, so good, anyway. As the swelling goes down, the vision improves. But trying to learn to see with two eyes again is very strange. I have a follow-up on Monday, so that means I'll miss another couple of days here.

We are so happy to hear that the surgery went well. Do what the doctors tell you. The recovery will take as long as it takes...which is probably harder to swallow than any pill they have given to you. Behave yourself (for a while) and you will be enjoying life again soon.

Very happy that all is going well. Great that you have two eyes now... what a blessing that is.
I hope that the swelling will go on going down, and that very strange or not the vision with your two eyes (each one in particular, being as precious to you as the apple of your eye) will go on improve up to the perfection.
I was pretty sure there would be no post for the fifteenth of the month, and I'm glad I was wrong. I thought I could live old enough to observe this phenomenon, but I gladly give it up.
