Help Cleanse

I can't. Those are two words I rarely, rarely speak. I may think them but, sometimes, something I see or read or watch sends me reeling. That has been the case this morning.

But, instead of retreating,

I'm trying to embrace it; allow it to wash over me. Maybe it will help cleanse.

Well, gosh, I can't imagine what's going on, but I hope you can work through it. Take care.

Perhaps because "I can't" are in fact three words: "I can not"?
Thank you, I always wondered if it was two or three words, already in my cradle.
Thanks also for some wonderful photos.

Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

Sign I saw once that I copied:

YOU are braver than you believe
STRONGER than you seem
SMARTER than you think
and LOVED more than you know.
NEVER GIVE UP

Hugs and bisous.

First, Great set of pics today. Hot. Secondly, sometimes you just can’t, but there is always tomorrow if you hang in there until then.

Nothing spoken by another person should be taken personally, because they are another person, they are not you: it's their own issue of which they speak.

The catch is that it also applies to protestations of love, which kind of changes the whole perspective.

Whatever your issue, you can not at this moment and that is okay: the future waiting to unfold may be different or it may be the same, but it will still be okay if you can not.

I always say some days I win, and some days the dragon wins. But whenever the dragon wins, I always come back stronger. Be safe, and take whatever time you need.

@ Jean - Thank you so much! It was a rough one, but I think I managed to get past it. Hugs and bisous!

@ Blogger Joe - I like that adage. When something brings back horrible things, I do my best to slay that dragon.

Once again wishing I had my own place. And a home gym.
