Despite Nexstar and Sinclair blacking out the show in certain markets, Jimmy Kimmel Live roared back to the airwaves to 6.2 million viewers. According to The Hill, over the ensuing 24 hours, it racked up more than 20 million views on YouTube. He did quite a nice monologue, pulling no punches. Our hometown boy came back strong.

I watched Jimmy's monologue on YouTube and it was terrific.
Those were good metrics for Kimball, considering 25% of ABC Affiliates didn't even air it! I understand Sinclair and next star, their contracts are up in 2026 with Disney. Hopefully they won't be renewed.
Oh Jimmy was awesome.
Thing is, Cheeto may have made him even more popular with his Mafia Boss strategy. And the first amendment still stands. Even if it is because Disney felt it in the wallet.
