Grijalva has been sworn in, gave a little acceptance speech (some in Spanish - did you hear heads exploding?), then signed the Epstein petition right there in the House chamber. That triggered The Felon to begin to hard-lobby the Republicans to vote NO when it comes to a vote next week.
Aging and maintaining.
There was this FB Reel (I know, I know...the socials are awful) Aging Men and Masturbation --- the Hidden Costs You Cannot Expect, produced by Elderly Roots.
The piece (posted 2 months ago), written and narrated by a urologist, is all about masturbation among older men; read that as 60+. Turns out --- as if men ever needed an excuse --- that it not only helps the physical health and mental [mood] health. It also appears to have a positive impact on mental acuity. In other words, it helps to keep the brain matter functioning as well as keeping the equipment in good working order.
It seems to me that this also applies to younger men. But the key takeaway here is that there's no reason to slow down. Urologists have been saying for a couple of decades that men should masturbate at least twice per week to reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Well, now it helps to maintain mental capacity.
Give it a watch. It played for me without logging in to an account.
