Giving

Morning

Yesterday I suggested giving to an AIDS foundation in honor of World AIDS Day. A few left comments or sent emails that they'd done just that.

Now it's Giving Tuesday.

So much is needed, and most people are struggling to make ends meet due to rising costs on everything. And I do mean everything.

But, as Maddie pointed out on his blog A Day With the Mistress Borghese, we can donate in other ways: Our time, our talents, or items we no longer use.

Remember to be good to yourself, too. Donate to your own well-being in some way to keep the batteries charged.

Some fun of the season....

Giving is great!
Small charities go a long way. It doesn't have to be money, BTW. People can give things they don't use/like anymore to the Goodwill or other charity (NEVER the fucking Salvation Army, those bigots!!).

XOXO

Tell MM 'hands off!' the number one 'giving' man-- He obviously needs some 'giving,' and I think I can give him what he needs!
..
ps-- love the Advent calendar! (:

What's with the six 'clean shaven' guys? Part of a club? Kinkys in the school showers?? Doesn't make them any longer, just avoids having to stop every now and then and go >PTOO< to get rid of stray hairs...

Such a great message, thank you.

I agree. There are a few large charities that don't do much of what they claim.
XOXO

You're welcome!

A fun GIF.

Y'all will simply have to fight over that --- or share.

LOL. Maybe that's their point.

You're welcome.

I hope all motivated comments translate into folks actually showing up and voting. Over 7 million people who voted for Biden in 2020 stayed home and didn’t vote for anyone in 2024. And look what happened 🤡.
Hugs and bisous

Giving money is the least efficient method of giving, considering prices are not tied to income and keep increasing. The value of money spent tomorrow is less than its value given today, given a positive inflation rate.

I forget to stop every so often and thank you for your ongoing information, inspiration, encouragement and laughs. Please know that I appreciate all of it.

We need a true landslide.

That's why we can also give our time, our talents, or other tangible goods like food and clothing.

Thank you, Peter. It's truly appreciated.
