Slightly Weird

"I have a slightly weird question, I had a weird dream where I cut of my dick at the base and then later on i reattached it by simply holding at the base and it re attached, now I want to make it clear and I’m not trying to show off here but I love having a dick and I make very good use of it, my question is how common is it to have dreams like this, is it a sign of ill health like when you hear stories about people having nightmares or bad dreams about a particular part of their body and then they discover that they actually have a problem there, I take good care of my body and the dream wasen’t even a nightmare it was just one of those weird abstract dreams, sorry for the long question I was just curious about the meaning of the dream."
