It Began As

 

Morning

It began as a piece of Micro-Fiction in 2011. That morphed into a short play, which was produced at a local theatre in 2018. The play was adapted to film in 2020. The film made its way through the festival circuit during 2021 and won awards. It is now in the permanent collection of the 9-11 Memorial Museum in New York City.

The play was produced in New York City in 2023.

Sorely Missed

 

Well, this shit just has got to stop. Besides, I recall saying I did not want to know who the third would be. An extremely talented man from my days in theatre has just passed away. He was not on-stage talent --- he was the dude who created the sets that made everything look elegant and glitzy,  and everyone look stunning and gorgeous under lighting that enhanced it all.

I can think of no better way to honor him than to post dancer photos (most of which came from Your French Patrick).

He made the fantasy worlds more beautiful and will be sorely missed.
