I love gardening. You end up using muscles in ways you never do doing anything else. Because I am so active, even at this age, I still manage to have very little discomfort... but I can always tell that I have been in a position/posture that I normally don't assume. I plan on running more this summer. I used to walk around the perimeter of the prairie... but the other day I thought.. what if I run instead? So, I will try that... unless it frightens people. :P
If it is masturbation month, then I think I need to get in touch with myself again even if I have to make myself. I'm just an odd age of 38 and not interested in sexual activity. It will start out as a good idea, then I just sort of lose interest. I think I have a sense of guilt/shame because I'm 38 year old man and masturbating and forming erotic thoughts or images. When I was in my teens, I don't think masturbating required quite as much imagination. It was much easier. I guess I have the rest of the month to have fun and enjoy myself.
