In many states if you have not voted in the last couple of elections your name could have been removed from the voter rolls. You can find out if you are actually registered by going to vote.org. You don't want to be in for a nasty surprise in November.
Then actually turn out and vote in November. Turn out will determine the winner. hugs and bisous
