Question About Balls

Good morning.

It's that day of the month.

Time for

BUDDY BALL CHECK

Your reminder to check your balls!

And we have a question about balls.

"To follow up from an earlier exchange we had about low-hangers, I saw a long-term acquaintance in the gym showers some months ago. His didn't reach his knees, but they didn't seem far off. I decided to be brave and I said that I couldn't help but notice...  he laughed and said that while swinging low was great for some things, his experience of practical life was that they cause problems in sitting down anywhere, but especially in cars, underwear and clothing were not easy, and they were generally trouble IRL.  ... I apologised for taking up his time with such a bizarre question; he replied that he was glad to have helped and we parted. ...  I have decided against ball stretching but thank you for sharing the current ideas and for enabling your commenters to share their experiences too.  I know that you're interested to know what your readers do with their information but no action is needed. Thanks for all that you do for us all. - M

I can't imagine how you could miss noticing that. And, yeah, when the balls are loose it feels good when they bounce during sexual activity.

Ball stretching is done by placing large metal or leather rings above the testicles, increasing the size or distance over time.

Some guys add weights.

I don't suggest it. Low hangers can seem or look impressive but they can be a pain. Literally.

A friend of mine from the theatre sat on his getting into his car, and thought he'd ruptured one. Off to the ER to find no permanent damage.

I urge anyone considering altering their hang to accept them just the way they are.

Ball Stretchers

In the words of my grandmother, "It may end up being something you'll have to live with. Forge on." Despite the eye issues, I shall try to post when I can. Wearing sunglasses at all times does help.

A question came in about ball stretching.
"Do you have a view on ball stretchers?  Someone at my local gym was wearing a set and I asked him about them: it was apparently his lockdown project.  Do you or your readers have any experience with these?  They look like something which needs to be handled carefully."
I know they're available in all manner of materials from leather to metal.

While I don't have any personal experience with them, I know that they're mainly used for aesthetic purposes. Guys like the look --- well, okay, and the feel --- of low hangers.

What they do is stretch the scrotum and the vesicles, etc.
Medically, they can be used to treat hyper-retractile testicles. The balls pull up during ejaculation.

With hyper retractile testicles, the balls yank up so hard and fast and far, the pain can be enough to deter a guy from sex.

I had this problem myself, years ago. It felt like my balls were trying to crawl up the inguinal opening and being squeezed in a vise. I told my doctor I would grab them and hold them down when I came.
His response was "That's not a good idea, that can cause bruising." He prescribed Proscar (which is typically for enlarged prostate issues) and suggested more lubrication might be needed.

So, we're looking for answers here, guys. Any Faithful Readers know anything about them, the Do's and Don'ts on using them?

A More Delicate Balance

From the Mail Bag, comes a series of questions. I'll address each one in a separate post.

"Hi from Australia,

I am your BIG fan.. just have a question:
- my scrotum is tight, is there a way to stretch them?
- Can we discuss about the prostate massager? what is the best as there are so many in the market and become more and more sophisticated. I am thinking to buy je joue nuo.
- Can we discuss about masturbator toys? what are the best in the market..etc"

Thanks, I appreciate that. Questions are good - I always welcome them.
Let's address the first, most important one: Your scrotum. Though, I have to ask a couple questions in return.
Is it tight all the time? Does it ever loosen - like in hot water or when you wear briefs?

If not, can you tell if the vas ducts feel as if they are bunched up?
If your sac is always tight and the ducts feel bunched up, then I suggest you make a trip to your doctor. You'll want to explain that your scrotum is tight all the time, even when warm and that you fear fertility issues, such as heat damage to the sperm. Ask him for a steroid cream like that prescribed to treat mild to moderate Phimosis. This cream will help the skin to stretch out. But don't expect overnight results - your doctor can tell you how long he would expect it to garner results.

If your vas ducts hang normally (stretched downward by the weight of the testicles), you can resort to what is commonly referred to as "ball stretchers." These are a series of tight, sometimes rubberized rings which you slide over your balls. Increasing the widths of the rings will - over time - help to stretch out the scrotum and lower the testicles. There are also things called "ball weights" - essentially the same thing with weights added slowly to pull everything down. I would be cautious using either stretchers or weights. Don't overdo it - you can bruise your sac and/or your balls.

A set like this will take you through the process gently.
Ball weights
I suggest you use these with great caution.
Eventually, you get your balls to hang lower.
If you don't mind, I'd like to address all of the questions in a series of posts. But, I did want to respond personally and immediately about the scrotum because that can be a medical issue which should be treated properly - especially if you ever plan on fathering children. While men prefer their balls to normally hang low, doing things like attaching too-heavy weights can damage the vas deferens and that may also interfere with fertility.
Our balls require a more delicate balance than we anticipate.
