It would appear this
COVID-19 lockdown is exposing all sorts of new family dynamics, things we didn’t
have issues with before.
“The campus is closed and
I’m back home. Wouldn’t be so bad except my dad decided it’s okay to bust in on
me. To be fair, before he barged into the bathroom, he did ask if I was jerking
off. I wasn’t, I was just stepping out of the shower. He opened the door
telling me that mom was in their bathroom and he really needed to take a leak.
Look, it’s not like he never saw me naked or I never saw him piss, it was his
observations. He actually looked right at my dick while I dried off and proceeded to
give me a “blow-by-blow” as to why I should be shaving my dick and balls. I
mean seriously when did it get to be okay to comment on your kids dick? And,
should I really be shaving that?”
Manscaping of any kind is
a personal preference. If you like it, do it. Or if you have a spouse or
partner who would prefer it, it’s kind to acquiesce.
But, shaving the shaft is
something you should be doing for the exact reasons your dad gave you. You want
a partner giving you head to have to pause to pick pubic hair out of their
mouth or teeth? No. So, get in the shower and lather up.
Then go thank your father for the tip.
And
be thankful you have a dad who isn’t afraid to dispense advice like that – most
guys don’t.

LMAO at that 2nd GIF... Situation that happens crazy often worldwide, because of the current situation.
And the pic before the last one, just a daddy supporting his boy, then planning to tap that ass.
so true! it's better to shave, in my opinion.
Ha!
His dads actually quite cool. But I can see why he freaked out. We’re not used to having our parents being sexual beings .
Now, manscaping could be cool. I prefer to err on the safe side, that is, not too much. The shaft does benefit from some grooming. As a giver of blow jobs, I agree with that.
Overall, the balls can also use some grooming. Not shaving, though but a clipper swipe once and then do come handy. Some men don’t touch their pubic hair and that’s ok. But a little grooming goes a long way.
I don’t like shaved pubes, though. I find it slightly distracting.
XoXo
Yes, he can be thankful to have a dad who isn't afraid to dispense advice like that. And yes, most guys don’t.
It's good that he weighs up the pros and cons of the argumentation given to him by his father.
And then let him do as he likes.
If he shaves and then changes his mind, the pubic hair will grow back, and the hairs on the the balls too. If he doesn't shave, he will can do it later.
It's not an emergency.
It will become an emergency when it will be his partner, male or female, who will use your arguments (the necessity of a pause to pick pubic hair out of his or her mouth or teeth).
If he or she has teethes, obviously.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.
I'd be like show me how it's done. Nice your dad is open about topics, but we all need some privacy sometimes I would think. Never heard of blow by blow
I agree with French Patrick, there's no rush until he has a partner. There's trimming and then there's shaving everything, and it's all about personal and a partners preference. There is a bit of a learning curve, that might be a future how-to column.
Hugs and bisous.
Guilette has a place on their website that gives tips for grooming down there if someone needs it.
How did I miss this post?
I never shaved my shaft or balls until I was divorced and over 50. I've got to say, I wish I had done it long, long, long ago. It feels so much better to not have scrotum hair tugging with every step I take. And it's so nice to jerk off without grabbing hair on the shaft. I left the triangle of hair above my dick to my belt line.
I'd say kudos to your dad for not being ashamed to talk about manly things to his son.
And kudos to the son for being comfortable to stand naked in front of his dad.
Would that we were all that lucky.
Oh, I dunno.... giving head to a fur-covered shaft, letting my face
land in a nice, full, fluffy nest of hair is not something I'd reject!
There's that old joke-- "What's the last sound a pubic hair hears?" >Pbbt!<
Now, I think it's a marvelously slightly-kinky thing to trim my pubes
and shave my shaft-- and it's a lot of fun to take turns! But I
don't consider it a must-do! - Paul
My sons are both home from college and it's been a little bit of an adjustment but we're handling it okay. I wonder if they're grooming properly. It may be time to inquire and teach. -Dad
@ dad - yes, we both shave so no teaching necessary. thx tho - the 2 rs
Pubic hair exists to draw perspiration away from the body if you shave and remove the pubic hair that perspiration has nowhere to go and so you're actually dirtier than if you you left the hair intact. Trimming is as far as anybody should go. the origin of shaving the pubis lies in prostitution as without pubic hair there was less chance of becoming infected with pubic lice. This spread to the porn industry and so it trickled down. Now it's become a norm and there are some seriously dirty people out there.
You could say, well where does that leave you if your pubic hair is covered with stanky sweat, and that's why underwear was invented, to wick away that perspiration.and also to catch urine drips. not for modesty's sake. if you shave, there is a very real chance of developing septic acne in your nether regions, or in severe cases, ingrowing hairs which will be a real problem when they turn septic. A real nasty problem involving surgery. So trim, don't shave, shower often and if somebody is going to kick up a fuss about a stray pubic hair you should ust remind then that they're shoving their mouth into your waste disposal units so their argument is moot. Buck the trend, be healthier, don't shave.
