Get to Know

I have always stressed keeping the man parts healthy. There are so many things most men don't know about those favorite toys they walk around with. Furthermore, they really don't much care, until...well, until there's a problem. Then they have a tendency to freak out a bit. Or a lot.

With Penis Health 101Healthline - Men's Health delivered the most comprehensive article I have ever seen when it comes to maintaining the health of that oh-so-important piece of male anatomy, how to avoid trouble, and what to look for if there are signs of trouble.

We only get one, guys. (Though successful penile transplants are now possible.) It's best that we know how to take proper care of it.

Get to know the cock.

Penis Food

The house began to twitch, the roof to pitch ~ music by Harold Arlen, and lyrics Yip Harburg

Holy shit. Sustained high winds all day long and into the night. The rain started around 8pm and it was still coming down when I went to bed at 11pm. This is getting tedious.

Yesterday was Buddy Ball Check. Today, it's the Penis. Specifically, penis food. Yessireebob. Food for the penis. We eat with our hearts and stomachs in mind. But as the Healthline - Men's Health article, "8 Foods for Your Penis," suggests: Maybe we guys should look a little lower on the anatomy chart.

"But, let’s say, if you know, that apples and carrots are good for your prostate and penis health, wouldn’t you be inclined to eat these foods more often?

That’s the goal of our below-the-belt food list.

Instead of eating as if your penis needs special attention, fill your day with foods that optimize your whole body, and in turn, help your blood bring the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your penis needs to function. (Erectile dysfunction in younger men is rising and about 1 in 9 men will develop prostate cancer in their lifetime.)"

From Spinach and coffee to apple peels and chili peppers, there are things we can eat that will boost our penile health and increase sperm count and motility.

Even better is that each recommended food has a link to recipes. Yum! So the next time you're staring into the fridge, think about your cock before deciding what to grab and eat.

A Healthy Life

I wanted to leave you with this thought to contemplate over the weekend.

Masturbation is not only part of a healthy sex life.

It's a necessary part of a healthy man's life.

Most of us are alone during this pandemic. Remember to take the time to

Stay healthy.

Thanks for Ten Years

First and foremost, I must apologize to any readers who tried to find the MEL article yesterday. It turned out to be part of her newsletter she emails to subscribers. Then, I had already deleted the email. Mea culpa!
************************

10 years. Ten flipping years. That's how long I've been posting here at Big Whack Attack. They've gone by fast. Though 2020 seems to be never-ending.  2,462 posts have received just shy of 14,000,000 views and 20,145 comments. I never thought so many people would be reading, commenting, and asking questions.

Early on, part of the purpose was to educate and defend the Brotherhood of Men. As Reader Adam commented on Built-In Partner:

"I appreciate the post, but the letter-writer asked a specific question: "How do I convince her there's nothing wrong with it?" Your answer seems to be "dump her". Maybe it could be more nuanced? How about educating her through this website, pointing to posts where guys share their non-gay experiences of mutual masturbation? How about giving her reassurance that two guys helping each other out may be a sign of brotherhood and not a romantic relationship? If those approaches don't put a dent in her bucket of concern, then indeed it's time to let it go."

Indeed. For the men who masturbate together it really is a bonding experience. It's sharing a common activity they enjoy. It's acknowledging a brotherhood.

Men need to get more involved in promoting a healthy, positive body image. We shouldn't be forced to hide what we've been born with, we shouldn't be forced into embarrassment by how it functions, we shouldn't be forced into denying we enjoy it.

It's good for you. It's healthy physically and mentally.

And being healthy and remaining healthy means paying attention to your body.

The cock is your Health Barometer.

In general terms, it tells you if something isn't quite right. Not getting those normal boners? It's time to get a physical. A complete physical.

I really appreciate each and every Follower, every comment, every email, every friendship that has developed.

Thanks for reading all these years.
