As I mentioned in yesterday's post... And as was mentioned during the prostate series... Even if the prostate is still present, it's still possible to get that "Oh, fuck yeah" sensation but not blow a load - or shoot very little.
Retrograde ejaculation - cum shooting into the bladder instead of blasting out from the head of the cock - is a fairly common thing. In older men, it can be a result of TURP, a (fairly) minor surgical procedure done to relieve symptoms of an enlarged prostate. The prostate has grown so large that it begins to cut off the flow of piss, which can be more than annoying - it can be downright painful. So, TURP enlarges the pathway through the prostate... and damages the sphincter, or bladder neck muscles, which prevent a man's cum from flowing backward into the bladder.
Retrograde cum is not dangerous in any way, it doesn't harm a thing. All it will do is make your piss a bit cloudy. And you may feel as if your orgasm isn't as intense or pleasurable. But for young men it can be a problem if they're firing blanks and intend to make babies. However, even if you aren't attempting to become a dad, there can be underlying health issues. So, if you have dry orgasms, see your doctor to be sure your condition isn't caused by an underlying problem that needs attention such as Multiple Sclerosis or Diabetes. It can also be caused by taking medication for High Blood Pressure or Mood Disorders. If this describes you, ask your doctor if there might be some other medication you could try that will enable you to ejaculate normally.
I mentioned supplements during our prostate series. Here's another reason to check with your doctor or pharmacologist. Medications, mixing medications, and certain supplements could be the cause.
On the flip side, there are drugs that can help you blast that fountain of cum in the right direction.
- Drugs generally won't help if retrograde ejaculation is due to surgery that causes permanent physical changes of your anatomy. Examples include bladder neck surgery and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
- Drugs may work if retrograde ejaculation is due to nerve damage. This can be caused by diabetes, multiple sclerosis, certain surgeries, and other conditions and treatments.
As I've stated in the past, folks, just because our equipment can act up on us doesn't always mean we have to live with it. Medicine is making great strides in helping us men enjoy our packages to the fullest extent. Take advantage of it!
