Complete Relaxation

Oy, what  a day it was yesterday. So much pain... More than 6 solid hours of unrelenting, un-releasing cramps. It took double-dose meds to get them to begin relaxing. A single dose usually makes me loopy. Not so this time. Then double-dose pain meds and I'm almost back to normal...almost.
I think I need to go for a massage. A very soothing one.

A release of all the residual tension.

For complete relaxation.

Very sorry to hear about your rough day! I hope you got a massage and the relief you needed. (Love the first pic, BTW.)

I feared that you were not well when there was no post! Please take care! I hope that massage has "a happy ending"! Rest up over the weekend!

As for the art and the way for massaging you, we have the instructions for use in images. Regrettably, it does not work at remotely. Otherwise, it would have already be done. In French slang, "tirer sa crampe" (roughly, "to fire our cramp") it's making love.
By whatever way, I hope that that will be very fastly nothing more that a bad memory, and that it is not going to spoil too much your weekend and your Super Bowl.
Love, hugs and bisous, Jean and Pat.
