Over the past two weeks, I've had a request from a Faithful Reader inquiring about different masturbation strokes to change things up.
Most guys use the typical stroke with the dominant hand.
Outside of masturbation toys, that makes it difficult to find examples.

First: Is 15 a magic number? Seriously though, I've done lots of the suggestions and then some. But, a gentleman never tells.
I don't think there's a 'style' when jerking off. The only thing off limits is the death grip (google that one!). So many men get used to that one that when they DO have sex, it's like.. nothing is going on.
Avoid the death grip, boys, and you'll be ok.

I change it up regularly because I masturbate many days at least twice. I have a fleshjack that I use. I use lube sometimes, others not. Some days I slide a dildo in my ass and other times not. When lying in bed, I very much like to get friction in humping the mattress. When lying on my back, standing in the shower or lounging on the sofa, I use the dominant hand for the shaft, while I massage my balls with the other.

I just go with whatever feels right... I don't have a standard technique and anybody asking for specific suggestions - well, I don't know what they are doing, but the variety thing should come pretty naturally if you just stop overthinking it.
You can find little side routes like rubbing your inner thigh or your pecs. (I was kind of lucky to jerk off with friends as a teenager and in college.) Under the foreskin is always great.
One note: Different strokes, as they say. For instance, butt stuff doesn't arouse me, or most guys (even most gay guys) really, but it's become some holy grail of sex research, like if you're not doing it, you're doing it wrong. And I can't help but think of Freud's war on the clitoris.
But my point is, if something doesn't work, try something else.
