Settled Science

"The one meme on yesterday's post had a funny self-test for Covid. But is it true that the Covid vaccine causes a limp dick and kills your swimmers?"

I think this is settled science. No. According to GoodRx, and a plethora of other sources like the Center for Disease Control (CDC), none of the approved COVID-19 vaccines will cause Erectile Dysfunction or hurt sperm motility.

"Currently no evidence shows that any vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccines, cause male fertility problems. A recent small study of 45 healthy men who received an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (i.e., Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) looked at sperm characteristics, like quantity and movement, before and after vaccination."

However, the virus itself can. On both counts. According to the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, "The Epidemic of COVID-19-Related Erectile Dysfunction: A Scoping Review and Health Care Perspective,"

"One of the repercussions of COVID-19 is its impact on men's sexual health. COVID-19 infection is expected to be associated with an increased likelihood of erectile dysfunction (ED). Considering the high transmissibility of COVID-19, ED could be a concerning consequence for a large segment of the population."

According to NebraskaMed, "Fact-check: Erectile dysfunction, swollen testicles and sperm count after COVID-19 vaccination or infection":

"A significant percentage of men will experience testicular swelling or swelling of the epididymis after symptomatic COVID-19 infection," says Dr. Deibert. A recent review of male reproductive health estimates that "10% to 22% of men with acute COVID-19 infection develop orchitis or epididymo-orchitis."

So, you can pretty much rest assured that if you get vaccinated, your cock will still stand up.

It's true that it means we're on our way back to Summer…
…but only in half a year, after Winter and Spring.

I have been said that to avoid that the COVID-19 infection can be expected to be associated with an increased likelihood of erectile dysfunction the best to do is to get the vaccine injected into the dick and not remove the needle from the syringe, but that's not exciting experience.

Hugs and bisous,, my darlings Jean and Pat.
Have a great day.

I swear that I have not had any side effects, not even for my friend between my legs, after two doses of MODERNA and one of PFIZER!

To date covid vaccines given in the US: 496,000,000.

If this was an issue it would be on the front page of every newspaper, and the only thing that Fox would be talking about ad nauseam. Relax.

hugs and bisous.

Happy Winter Solstice.

As for ED with the vaccine? Umm. I have two shots and a booster. No problems to report.

But interesting. Maybe we should start the rumor that getting vaccinated ups your testosterone? Makes your dick harder?

Maybe they should cross pollinate the vaccine with viagra? Anything to get people to vaccinate.

When the Covidiots realize that they’ve got Long COVID and that impotence is a very possible side effect they’ll find a way to justify it.
Science. Always your best friend.
