Loved the Earl Grey joke. I can relate. My mother was manager of a memorial park, and I picked up a cute, wrapped box on her desk and found out it was a customer.
Fantastic Olympics. How could you go wrong with Paris as a backdrop for almost every event. The funnies today were hilarious. “ I already know how it will end..One of my children will unplug my life support to charge their phone.” Hugs and bisous.
I got SO bored with the closing ceremonies I took a nap. The wife told me the "big secret reveal" with Cruise was incredibly lame and the RHCPs sucked. LOL
I wonder how LA will do in '28. I know they've said there will be no "breaking" competition. I think the vampires was my favorite this time. Hugs and bisous.
We didn't watch many of the events. kept looking for the diving and, well...never saw any of it. Bert's Books rather summed up my thinking of the entirety.

I saw some snippets of the closing ceremonies....and they sucked. But the games themselves were among some of the best in years.
