BBC

No, it doesn’t stand for British Broadcasting Company!
It’s all about balls; big, little, or somewhere in between. It’s the 15th of the month, guys… That means it’s Buddy Ball Check day. Time to do that Testicular Self Exam (TSE).

Check your nuts while you’re in the shower or bathtub, or snuggled under the blankets with your man-berries hanging low and loose. If you find any suspicious lumps, or if any portion of one of them is very tender to the touch, make that appointment to have a doctor check ‘em out for you. The balls you have hanging there are the only two you get! Make sure they’re in good shape.

Each year - in the United States alone - about 8,400 men are diagnosed with Ball Cancer and waaaaaay too many of them die. Do not let this happen to you or to any of the men in your life! This is not like prostate cancer – “watchful waiting” has no place here!
Once you have checked your own, it’s time to call, text, email, twitter, or use whatever means are available to you, and urge the guys you know to do the same! You could be saving someone’s life!
In case you need a refresher course – or have never done one before – here’s a link to a demonstration:

Maybe you might offer to check your buddy's balls for him - it could be fun... Though I'd suggest using your hands first.

Have you done your part?
