Man Up

1

It's already June 3. It's time to man up to ensure you can continue to get it up.
2

Men's Health Month is here and - if you haven't had one recently - now is a good time to schedule that annual physical. Avoid a double visit (if you can) by calling your doctor and requesting a Blood Panel to be done before your appointment. That way the doc will have the results during the remainder of the exam.
3

The exam should cover everything from head to toe. Don't allow him (or her) to skip a thing. No matter how old you are, make sure you get a good ball check. If you are 40+ make sure a DRE is included, if for nothing else than to establish a base line.
4

Most younger doctors know the importance of proper functioning and will ask if you are getting good, solid erections and ejaculations, if you are having any difficulty. Don't be afraid to tell him/her.
A

As summer approaches in the Northern Hemisphere, we all have a tendency to spend a lot of time in the great outdoors - many of us relish being nude as much as possible. Make sure your doctor does a thorough skin check for cancer or Melanoma. Thorough means also checking the scalp, bottoms of the feet and between the toes; and, yes, even the cock, nut sack, and butt crack.
5
Now...
6
It will help to ensure you'll get the most out of life and continue to enjoy yourself for as long as is possible.

Do not worry about us, my dear Pat, we have both the universal panacea and a comprehensive insurance: your blog.
I was amazed to learn that you had been a dancer and that you like them.
I have several followers which are dancers, others who are passionate amateurs and I shall not miss to send you from time to time the most beautiful photos which I shall find.
Least that I can make at the moment is to wish you an excellent day by performing a pas de deux worthy of Akram Khan in Sacred Monsters and to send you a kiss more a million others by making entrechat leaps.

Very sound advice! At present I rather tired of visits to doctors. I have one tomorrow after an ultrasound yesterday! Great pictures as always. Take care! Hugs, Patrick PS. You just might find some dancers on my other blog this week!!!!

An annual physical is a MUST for all men over the age of 50, when all the 'goodies' start to show up: high cholesterol & high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, rectal & prostate cancer, etc., etc.

As WHK said, be your own best healthcare advocate by calling your provider's office prior to your appointment in order to get your labs and whatever other tests, images, etc that you know you will need to make the most of your annual '30 minutes of fame.'

... and MAKE A LIST of your questions - your provider will appreciate it.

@ LP - My friend, I know you've had more than your fill of doctors. I sure pray that everything is good and that you will be well. Hugs!

@ O!Daddie - Excellent advice to make a list of questions. That way, you won't forget anything which could lead to yet another appointment in the future; something which may, by then, be more serious than if found and handled early.

@ LP - BTW - Yes, I loved the dancers on your other blog. Thank you, my liege!

Unfortunately, far too many doctors are not very knowledgeable about environmental illnesses, and the proper methods of hormone support! I had to goto a naturopath to get my celiac disease diagnosed. The only way to really get things fixed, is to know more than your M.D.!

Funny pic #4. You would think a guy that age wouldn't be afraid of the doc's finger ... my thought is, "Hey doc, take your time, do all the probing you need". :)
