(Cock) Health Through Yoga

1
While we're on the subject of health - it is Movember, after all - it's a perfect time for me to espouse exercise. Any small amount will contribute to your continued good health. I'm following my own advice and, after several years, I've returned to my weekly naked yoga classes (every Wednesday night).
2
Naked yoga is spreading across the country like wildfire. It's an excellent way to get in a bit of exercise. It's a gentle type of yoga. Doing it naked is just a perk. There are men's, women's, and co-ed classes popping like boners all over the place.
3
But an ancient type is finding its way back into our collective consciousness. Tantra (sometimes called Tantric) Yoga is often misconstrued to be a form of sex. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tantra is a means of gathering all energy - and that includes sexual energy. Our bodies are generally full of sexual energy, rooted in our brains and genitals. In Tantra, that energy is gathered and focused to bring a wonderful sense of peace and calm, and energize our sense of togetherness, oneness within the universe.

It combines many of the typical yoga poses

with partnering postures.

These enhance the sense of brotherhood because in casting off our inhibitions we are helping one another toward health and wellness through our connected bodies.

14
The majority of men ask the same question: What if I get an erection? The short answer in traditional yoga is: So what? Nobody cares.

With Tantra Yoga, the answer is: Excellent! The better to centralize and focus that energy, bringing oxygen-rich blood to the tissues, instilling positive attitudes of being a man.

Age is not a factor. Infirmary is not much of a factor (though your should check with your doctor beforehand) You simply need to make your yogi aware of any limitations before a class begins.
21
There's bound to be naked yoga classes somewhere near you. I urge you to seek it out and give it try. You'll find there's no better non-sexual way of bonding with other men, of feeling a part of a brotherhood.

If they are all nude and beautiful as on all these photos, you will have difficulty in convincing me that your health is the only motivation which made you return to your weekly "naked" classes of yoga.

In the "Real Housewives Of New Jersey" (RHONJ and not RHNJ): Season 6, Dina says: "Dina: "I'm back to bring the zen. Namaste, bitches." If she brings the zen, is the yoga really needed?

Anyway, as for me I completely agree to practise the yoga as on the photo N°23, but no more.

Whishing you a wonderful day with a lot of bisous of which one for your RHONJ addicted wife, even if I wonder if you forwards them because she has never rewarded me of a single one. I do not loose courage but I have the impression that you keep them all for you only.

@ MFP - Mon ami, of course I keep all those bisous to myself. I am greedy that way. LOL. I cannot deny that the views are a bonus, but the yoga really does help me in my quest to keep the m.d. at bay. And, to see such lovely unabashed wood fills my heart with joy!

I'm not disciplined for such.

@ Rick - no discipline needed, really. The postures are fairly easy, not too strenuous, and the bonding time is what makes it all worth it.
