To follow up on my statement yesterday that there are numerous reasons why we have difficulty in getting boners. Jean sent the link to this terrific article.
Explore some of the reasons why your "little friend" may not be so friendly all the time. We need to get more boner friendly. I mentioned both #6 and #9 over the past couple days. "#6: Not getting laid enough" equates to not enough ejaculations.
I'm sure you all know how to resolve that issue.
"#9: Cycling too long" can be avoided. No, not time on the bike - but making sure you have a boner-friendly seat. Standard seats not only cause the main nerve bundle running through the Perineum to go numb if you're biking for too long a period, those things can crush the nerves and leave you limp.
"#8: You're not pounding the pavement or hitting the weights" leaves us in a real conundrum. Exercise is important for all the reasons mentioned in the article.
But, as Jean and I both discovered during our search for that elusive medical term, some guys have difficulty "getting it up" after a workout.
I intend to do some more research on that.
