As my Blogger buddies are aware, the tests didn't kick my ass as much this time. (See the previous post.) But, the appointment results were pretty disappointing. Bottom line...
It is what it is. There isn't anything to be done. I pretty much knew that. Muscular Dystrophy can't be cured - they can only monitor progression and treat symptoms. But, for some reason, you still get your hopes up that a new diagnosis will be given and something can be done.
Well, as the Brits used to say, "Keep your pecker up!"
Have a good weekend.

I'm sorry, my friend, that more can't be done for your disease. But I really admire your ability to push through and do the things you do. Take care.
Sorry about your results, but I know that you will "soldier on"! Thanks for another month of hot guys! Have a restful weekend and "cum" back next month! Very cold mornings here.
So sorry for the bad news, but I see that you react very well. It's useful and even important that you keep a glimmer of hope, even if it's more or less the same as lying to yourself.
Courage, my friend.
Love, hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.
It’s hot. This weekend 37c. Or 96F. Ugh.
Pat, my sentiments exactly. The VA Primaries only 35% of eligible voters voted. That is the opportunity, voter turnout in November 2018. You can’t vote if you are not registered and don’t have the required ID. Now’s the time to get it done, this will be one of the most important elections.
Be the outlier and beat the odds, take care.
Hugs and bisous.
From developing our skin care stuff there are a few things out there that could help out with MD symptoms. At best it can improve things and reduce the severity and at worst you get nice skin.
The basics of it all is a jump-start of sorts for the muscles and cell renewal. There are stuff out there that can help promote cell renewal and retail products that do these things are extremely expensive and some have too many other crap in them that is not needed.
A basic lotion mix would consist of Babassu Oil, Jojoba Oil, Mandarin extract/oil, safflower extract/oil, palmarosa oil and mango butter or shea butter depending on availability. These ingredients can help promote cell renewal. If your skin is easily irritated you will need to add Aloe Vera and Myrrh oils to it to reduce the irritation.
Application would be once a day at night to get the most out of the bodies natural renewal process. Results wont happen straight away. As it is something that is specific to skin it will take 25-35 days (skin renewal cycle) to see noticeable improvement.
The only thing with that sort of thing is it may not be strong enough to get to your muscle tissue or by the time it does reach your muscles your skin has taken most of it.
@ T - Well, it can't hurt to try, right? Thank you!
