Today marks the 50th anniversary of Woodstock. At 16, I was too young to go. The anniversary festival which was planned has fallen apart. If you'd like to take a pictorial trip back in time, go to this post by fellow blogger SickRicko.
Today is also
Buddy Ball Check Day
So, haul them out and get busy checking.
The way I'd like to spend the day
Just hanging out together. Naked. Chillin'. We could put on some 60's music and have some laughs.
Wouldn't some laughs be good right now?

Thanks for the shout-out! Yes, some laughs would indeed be good right now.
Yes I sent you by e-mail something to make you too laugh, as well as to Jean and AOM
Hugs and bisous, my Darlings Jean and Pat.
I wonder if anybody will look back on this time, with the same affection that we have for the Woodstock period. Hugs and bisous.
@ Jean - Well, I suppose there might be a few people who will respond in reverie (Steve Bannon, Steven Miller, Moscow Mitch, Deven Nunes, Olig Deripaska and other Russian cronies of Cheeto all come to mind.) History - if there is such a thing not rewritten - will not be kind to this time period of world politics.
What might the rest of us look back on in 25 years and think of fondly? Pete Buttigieg comes to mind if for nothing else but being the first openly gay man to mount a presidential campaign. Our friends who stood with us always looking for a way to make things better.
