My take on this practice is that it can be very, very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. And, if you don't use the proper instrument(s). I believe the first post was in response to an article about a young man who ended up in the Emergency Room because he used a glass rod....and it broke inside his cock. That was not pretty. Nor was it a pretty fix. It required surgery to remove the glass and to repair the interior tissues.
