It is already legislated in something even better than a law, and this thing is your Constitution.
Remember what led to gay marriage in the US. A couple who were refused marriage filed a complaint, and in the end the Supreme Court of Justice decided the dispute by saying that we had no right to refuse them marriage because the constitution guarantees the equality of all their rights of all kinds to all American citizens of all kinds.
So all executive orders which derogate from it are automatically null and void.

I just almost had an heart attack when I browsed to the no.3, the GIF.
This guy is looking so much like my nephew François, my sister's son.
They could be twins. I never saw him naked but in bathing suit for sure.
François is tall, 6F 6i of height and juste this type of body.
He's straight, with a woman and has two adorable sons of 5 and 3 yo.
I wish I had naked men lying around my house... I'd make 'em wear a mask... and nothing else! I could look, but not touch...

Yeah I saw a wee bit of sun today. But actually I have been enjoying the sound of the rain and looking out the window every now and then. I find winter peaceful . Well, to a certain degree.

@ MFP - I think I was more referring to the trans issue. Trump barred then with an EO...Biden reversed. But, yes, the Courts would rule in favor if it went that far because of the constitution. But we have so many things happen that the document should already cover but lawyers always find a way to scoot around. Sad, really.
@ JiEL - That came from a US television (cable, of course) show called "Here and Now." Never made it past one season...which was a shame because it dealt with LGBT equality issues.
