"This has to be in the category of You Can't Make This Up. When my dad introduced me to his gf and her son it was like looking in the mirror. Come to find out my dad was in college he sold sperm to make extra money. So we're actually halfbrothers. Now we share a bedroom and the only way to tell us apart is I'm cut and he's not. I never seen a foreskin before and asked him if I could touch it. He started to get a boner and that fascinated me even more. Before we knew both our dicks were hard and we ended sucking each other off. He wants to make it so we are perfectly alike and the only way to do it is for him to get circumsized. How does a dick heal up after that do they put stitches on it?"
The foreskin is loaded with nerve endings. Not to mention it's there to help keep the cockhead soft and supple.
But to answer your question, yes. The remaining skin is stitched together to close the wound.
According to MedicinePlus.gov:
"The foreskin is removed and stitched onto the remaining skin of the penis. Stitches that dissolve are used to close the wound. They will be absorbed by the body within 7 to 10 days. The wound may take up to 3 weeks to heal."
Urge him to keep his cock exactly as it is.

I definitely have input and advice on this painful subject. To start, the writer who was probably circumcised at birth should tell his half-brother to not opt for circumcision. I was circumcised at the age of ten because my foreskin was not growing as fast as the rest of my penis and the manipulation of the foreskin with a lubricant(pseudo-masturbation) to slowly stretch my foreskin was not discussed. I know what happened to me in 1957 remains a painful memory. Medical procedures have changed since then but as you stated, the foreskin is loaded with nerve endings. When it is cut in a pre-teen or adult, you will feel intense sensitivity and pain. The sutures now are made of a different material since I was clipped, but they act like bristles and anything that touches them, bed sheets, underwear, warm water, will have you screaming. Trust me, the healing may take longer than three weeks on an adult. The foreskin is a beautiful and natural part of male anatomy. As long as the writer's half-brother observes good penis hygiene, pulling back the foreskin and cleansing regularly, the chances of contracting a UTI, STI or STD is minimal. Circumcision at his age should only be done if there is a valid medical problem that requires surgery, not for a perceived better aesthetic.
Well, yes. That is one of those one in a million kind of situations. What are the odds?
And being circumcised as an adult is no joke. I know someone who actually was out of commission for two weeks because there were some complications. And he said it was NOT fun. And he had phimosis, so it was kinda of a needed surgery.
I'd advice him to keep his foreskin. Deffo.
XOXO
The foreskin is loaded with nerve endings and with it the cock is more sensitive.
Who has more would be stupid to want to have an operation to have less.
In the current situation nothing prevents them from sucking or fucking.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat
Have a stunning day.
Good advice to urge him to remain uncut as it's the natural mean to be.
He could risk to be ending with an ugly scar too.. Not mentionning loosing the nerve senstations that the foreskin gives and the protection of his gland.
I'm uncut and I would never even think to cut it.
My two sons are uncut and never complained.
I was circumcised at age 22, out of medical necessity. No, not phimosis. I regret it to this day. My cock head became far less sensitive and dried out. The stitches did dissolve. And I can't say I did not have a lot of sex fun, it was never the same as it had been.
I don't think he should do it either. Does he know how many men would like to stay uncircumcised?
About two years ago I was browsing facebook and came face to face with my idential twin. Not a resemblance. IDENTICAL. It was a family name I knew growing up. I called my broter (he still lives locally) and asked him if Mrs. C was one of our fatherr's many women. He didbn't say yes but I could tell I hit paydirt. Turns out our Sperm Dnor (aka Sire) told my brothr who all hs women were. I've guessed some and he cnfirmed. BTW brother and I are the remaining two of 13 ch9ldren. My Sperm Donor couldn't keep his pants on for more than ten minutes if there was a willing female nearby.
Have had guys tell me they lost some sensation in their dick when they got circumcised in their twenties. They wish they had never had it done. They even belonged to a group who tries to stretch the skin with a device to get a semblance a foreskin back.
Our bodies evolved over millions of years, why would you change that with surgery? This is apparently a US practice that's not used in most of the rest of the world. Hugs and bisous.
Keep the 'skin!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE encourage him not to get a circumcision!! It's such an unnecessary and damaging surgery that's irreversible. So many of us didn't have the choice and were cut at birth and to this day I think of the why and what if.....
It might not look the same depending on where they cut.
Keep it.
@ Six - Even with phimosis a full circumcision is not necessary. A slit in the phimotic ring might be sufficient. XOXO
@ nakedswimmer - Good point.
Totally agree with you, my dear. What an unnecessary bit of surgery. Enjoy the garden you grow in... Kizzes.
Okay, I guess I'm the "Odd" guy here. I'm cut because I was circumcised at birth. I had no choice in that matter...lol. I think if the guy wants to get cut, then he should, as long as he gets all the info about healing/pain, but to think if it's truly worth it. I know of some guys who only like cut penises. I like both, but as a child I wondered why the uncut ones looked so different and wondered why other uncut boys didn't look like mine. I knew nothing about circumcision until being a pre-teen. Although my father was uncut, he didn't talk to me about such things, and I'm the only boy. I wish he did! But, I was a weird child I must say. What I Really Truly want to know from my comment is, how the hell does a New Born or a months old baby boy deal with such pain from circumcision as opposed to an adult male whose pain tolerance has to be much better then a baby boy? I know (I don't remember ANY pain)..lol Now I remember my nephews getting cut at around 6 and 5 yr old and remember their painful ordeal. If anyone can answer this, please let me know...Thanks fellas
@ Tom - Same here. I wanted to know why mine didn't look like my brothers. No answer from my dad other than, "You'll know when you get older." Ha!
Babies don't remember the pain - but, trust me, the pain is there. Topical anesthetics help to alleviate some.
Mexican twin brothers Alex and Sebas in the calendar of Warwick Rowers, you can see one is cut the other uncut
