There ARE people (like the guy in the just for fans video you posted) whose goal IS getting somebody off. Pretty sure it's porn and/or misinformation via friends or social media that gives some guys the impression that massages have "happy endings".
I am a male and was a LMT practicing in Rhode Island (retired last year). In my 14 years of practice I had many male clients, but none have ever asked or expected me to get them off. And though clothing was optional for my clients, the linens provided enough modesty for the men to relax.

I think you're right Pat, I've had women do my massages they pretty much just ignore it. But when I've had males do my massage and I get an erection I find either two things. They Place their hands on it and ask if this is something they could take care of, or they just go for it. That said I have noticed with male masseuse they prefer a male completely naked where is the women who gave you massages usually ask men to keep their underwear on.

Just when men are starting to lose their fear of homophobia and women are being more selective about who they have sex with leaving many men with few if any options, happy endings in a commercial setting are considered prostitution and dissuaded.

My perspective as a a trained masseur who has given about 1000 erotic massages in the last 30 years is probably different. I was trained in Taoist Erotci Massage at the Body Electric School. The basic principal is to get the body relaxed so energy can flow, then generate it in the "magic wand" and use my hands to circulate it through the body on my table.
