Morning Performance

"Last week you posted about privacy. Hows this for a lack thereof? We just moved into an upscale neighborhood where most are two story houses and all the master bedrooms have balconies off the back of the house. As a result I moved my morning boner piss from outside to the shower. We were sitting out with coffee the other morning when our fairly young neighbor came out on his balcony completely naked with his dick hard as a rock and proceeded to take a piss off the edge. When I laughed he waved and said "oh, morning." Still not sure if it was a greeting or his excuse which I understand since that was my MO before we moved here. I don't think he noticed my wife sitting next to me. She's appalled and wants to complain to the HOA. I'd prefer to be friends with neighbors not enemies. Can he get in trouble if she rats on him?"

I'm curious to know if your wife had a problem with you taking your morning wood outside before you bought the current place.

But your question is: Can he get in trouble with the HOA (Home Owner's Association) for pissing in his back yard? Probably not. Can he get in trouble for pissing off the balcony in full view of the neighbors? Maybe, maybe not. It depends on the rules and the attitude of people on the Board of Directors. But I doubt you are the only neighbors to have witnessed it.

Look, we all know how difficult it is to aim while pissing through a boner, which is why most guys use the shower.

Normally, what happens in your back yard is your business. If there are clear sightlines from nearby homes, nude activity can be --- or should be --- curtailed to a certain degree of decorum.

My suggestion would be for your wife to keep her grousing to herself, or you risk being labeled as troublemakers. Put up some type of screening on that side of your balcony to block the view of his morning performances.

Today is an off-year election day in the U.S. with some very important races on the ballot in Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, and Mississippi. If you live in one of those states, be sure to get out and vote!

Really?
In suburbia? The neighbor is ballsy. In more ways than one, TBH.
It does not matter if the man used to pee in his backyard before, really. This is a new place and the rules with a HOA are different, and they are not limited to keeping the blandness of the houses similar.
They could possibly be labeled as troublemakers, but the wife has all the right to feel slightly attacked. Don't get me wrong, I like a free show as much as the next gay, but really?

XOXO

It's one thing to piss off the balcony when there's a reasonable amount of privacy, but another thing when it's so obviously in view of others. Do it inside.

Do not complain or get the HOA involved. I've known others that have had run-ins with their HOA over dribble; and have heard other HOA horror stories. Even if you are the one complaining, don't put yourself on their radar.

Keep it all chill. Friends with neighbors is always the best option.

We piss off the back porch all the time. Most of our views are blocked with trees. We are safe until the leaves fall. When they fall it's too cold to go outside anyway. Nothing like a good piss in the morning to start your day off right.
'
We use an opaque sheers on one side of our front porch and two porch boxes on our front banister to block out the view below the waist. Late spring to early fall we enjoy being nude on our front porch. We even have friends come over to enjoy sitting outside naked.

@ Six - Yep. Absolutely new rules with an HOA. XOXO

@ Derek - Oh, how right you are that complaining can put you on their radar. Like what if this neighbor is good friends with someone on the Board?

Yes I Voted!! This has to be the norm now, even for the town, and state legislature elections. That’s where we run into trouble with school boards wanting to ban all those books.

We’ve all found out the hard way that the local, state and federal elections are all connected and important.
Tomorrow we see how committed voters really are to State and local issues.

Balcony peeing is just a bridge too far unless somebody’s got the bathroom all tied up.
Hugs and bisous.

I believe that the mountain gave birth to a mouse, but I side with your opinions. Let the sheep piss.

I went and voted. And if I saw my neighbor pissing off his balcony, I'd applaud.

@ Jean - When someone was hogging the bathroom was the only time we had permission to pee outside - but we had to go behind the garage. LOL.

Pins and needles.... Hope you led the way!

@ Upton - Most excellent, I hope things went farther to the left up there.

@ Anon - Most of them are.

If you complain, complain to him first.

I wonder if this neighbor did it on purpose to provoke you and/or your wife.
