Good morning.
The OP of Tuesday's question posted this comment after seeing all the suggestions you all made in an effort to help him:
"Hi this is the original poster. Thanks everyone for your support. Maybe I didn't explain it all correctly. I do still masturbate. To completion. But my problem is like anonymouse on here. I think the over stimulation all the time of my skin is so much stronger than the sensations of any sexual stimulation. Meaning I just don't really feel it anymore. And yes I have tried anal stimulation and it does provide some pleasure. But it just seems that over the years my sex drive just gets less and less because there isn't any payoff for it anymore. But again thanks for all the other suggestions also. It's really difficult to find another guy to talk to about this in person. I hope with blogs like this one men can finally learn we all have the same problems and can talk about them."
Once again, I have the best Faithful Readers in the blogosphere. The care and concern you all show
without ridicule or judgement warms my heart.

Merci pour ce blog merveilleux
Thanks Pat, it’s actually us who have learned a lot, in fact we know a lot more than we think we do and it comes as a surprise sometimes when we realize that. Hugs and bisous.
"Anonymouse" here, just following up on "Anal Stimulation": orgasmic pleasure occurs in the brain, but it is triggered by sensations from other parts of the body that are interpreted as erotic.
Most men only ever develop penis stimulated orgasm because it is the inbuilt default programming if you will. Prostate stimulated orgasm requires a rewiring of the brain to interpret sensations from the prostate as erotic signals leading to orgasm and for many men, this takes time and practice, going through stages of arousal and sensation that are different to what one gets from the penis and so therefore taking time to integrate and interpret as pleasurable. It is suggested that the penis not be touched during rewiring sessions as you just fallback to the default. Only a lucky minority rewire quickly and some have a lot of trouble, so it's generally not a case of a quick fumble of the prostate and wham, you have the most mind-blowing multiple orgasms ever: it takes persistence and doing things you never did before. The Aneros Forum has guides on how to explore this brave new world for men. Good luck.
Other parts of the body can be erotic tissue that can be harnessed to trigger an orgasm, such as the anus, nipples, etc. I have even read about a man paralysed below the waist who learned to use stimulation of a thumb to trigger an orgasm.
Men who have previously experienced orgasm have an advantage in that their brain already has a target for what an orgasm is like and it's possible to replay the remembered sensations that build to an orgasm in your head and trigger an orgasm just with your mind. I think this is the "Aless" orgasm referred to in the Aneros Forum.
There are probably many ways to stimulate the body/mind to result in orgasm.
However, many of the techniques usually start with complete relaxation, which can be very difficult for some of us, especially if we experience pain or discomfort that distract from the often subtle stimulation sensations we are trying to create. It's therefore important to explore ways to reduce discomfort without also numbing the sensations that lead to orgasm.
I haven't been successful myself so far, however one thing I haven't explored is use of a pain-killer and Aless techniques. This may be problematic, since I'm not sure I have ever experienced an orgasm to use as a target. Any pleasurable experiences have only ever been the equivalent of a genital sneeze, so I hesitate to call them pleasurable as I don't get pleasure from a sneeze beyond the relief of expelling irritants. I hope the OP has experienced orgasms before in his life, that he can remember and use as a mental guide to recreate in his brain and re-experience and that he finds a way to dull the pain enough to relax and develop sensations that build to a climax.
This brings me to an interesting question and that is how can any man know he is experiencing the best orgasm he can?
I know when I have watched other men orgasm that they are experiencing something far more profound and enjoyable than I do: it's not a competition, but a sense that I am missing out, when perhaps I don't need to. Unfortunately I don't believe the male orgasm is a well studied field since it has been assumed (incorrectly) to work first time, every time, at peak potential and that didn't need to be questioned, but taken for granted.
so useful blog!
