The time when NYC becomes filled with wandering sailors taking a welcome break from life at sea.
If you have the chance to visit during the week and meet any of them, make sure you find a way to thank them for their service.

All sailors in the world deserve to be honored, and once a year is not too much.
When there are criticisms to be made, they should be addressed to politicians.

It really is a site to behold...ALL THOSE MEN in uniform.
