Good morning.
"Did you know men can die with an erection? My dad passed away very suddenly. Imagine my shock to see him with a full erection - which I covered up before my mom noticed it. WTF? How is this possible?"
While extremely rare, the phenomenon has been reported. It's not something that coroners put into a report, or that morticians will report to relatives. Specifically, it is a side effect of suffocation - as the body is being depleted of oxygenated blood, blood rushes to the organs to help them survive. That firmness of erection is one of the attractions of erotic and auto-erotic asphyxiation --- which I do not recommend as it's likely the cause of most death erections.
Years ago, a friend's son was found dead with his boner in hand and cum on the floor. His parents were devastated and didn't understand what had happened. They thought he'd been murdered, but there was zero evidence of anyone else in the apartment.
Be satisfied with the quality and firmness of your boners without the help of depriving your brain of oxygen.

Not to make light of the death aspect, but I think coroners should report that death was caused by an unknown force that created great joy and happiness. And the morticians should tell the mourners that their loved one died with a smile on his face and as happy as a man could be. Everything else is clinical, IMHO.
I learn something new every day.
We prefer our boners when we are alive.
Though they might come in handy since once you die, you are laid in a coffin.
Creepy
With so much information on the Internet these days, it is so sad that folks don’t realize how dangerous this can be. Hugs and bisous.

See your GP within 4 hours of priapism, not 400 years.

Bizarrely, the rare piece belonged to an 18th Century Englishman who happened to become erect as he was hanged.
A lack of oxygen to the brain – caused by this method of capital punishment – often led to erections forming.
But it could be a ‘death erection’ – technically called a priapism – which can occur post mortem, and is attributed to pressure on the cerebellum at the base of the brain created by the noose.
I should imagine they re-inflated the penis with something that solidified to hold its shape.
Speaking of strange penises, the photo of the worker doesn't look quite right with the penis appearing to extend from near the base of the ball sack, much too low down.
Well... a stiff gets a stiffy! No disrespect intended. RIP
I hope that men who die with boners are aware of them.
LOL.
In a way, yeah.
I agree, Jean. Though it's not well-reported by any means. Families usually don't want those kinds of details known - but it can be important information. Hugs and bisous.
Thanks for the links! The phenomenon is real.
LOL. I had forgotten about that scene!
LOL. No disrespect intended - we do need to learn to laugh at death. it comes for us all.
OMG
Michael Hutchence!!
XOXO
In death as in life (if we are lucky).
