As for the long celebratory weekend with my wife...or the special gifts I'd requested. Sad to say, it didn't happen - any of it. A reaction to medication sent me to Urgent Care, which sent me directly to the hospital. Lovely. Ah, well...things are better now and I shall find a way to make up for the lost opportunities.
So, on Friday a Faithful Reader sent me a link to a young man's IndieGogo page. Here is a talented young gay man, who managed to put himself through school after his ultra-conservative parents refused to help.
