Wardrobe Malfunctions

You know I very rarely get political. But I have to right now. It appears things are really headed down the extreme retro path. The SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) has set us back decades - and in the case of the Muslim Ban, a century. It's depressing; it's frightening. Particularly in light of the announced retirement of Justice Kennedy, who was the "swing vote" and protected many of our rights. Yet, this week, he has sided with the ultra-conservatives and dealt some mighty blows that will be felt for generations to come. Unless, of course, Congress can change them via legislation - but, don't hold your breath.

If you know history at all, you know that the courts handing this administration every verdict they want is how Hitler's Nazi Germany got its foothold - twice.

The November mid-terms are not going to be a simple "it's about the Supreme Court, Stupid!", it's going to be a referendum on the survival of Democracy as we know it. That means all the way up and down the ballot, from your local county/city to state and federal representatives. And, the fight begins now!

Okay, I feel better now.
It seems my buddy has a penchant for taking pictures of my "wardrobe malfunctions" and then sending them to me. I finally asked him why.
His answer: "If you don't like it, you need to be more careful."
Me: "It's not...I don't mind, I'm just curious why you're always surreptitiously shooting pics of my cock."
Him: "Fond memories of hours spent enjoying it."
Me:: "Awwww.... That's sweet, but it was 33+ years ago!"
Him: "What can I say? I like your dick."
Ah, the dick slip...
It happens to all men at some point or another. Slippage happens when we aren't paying attention. And, we rarely notice until someone says something.

Have you noticed any?
Would you tell the guy?
Did you tell the guy?

To be honest I think I would just sit back and enjoy the view. : ) I feel the political pain, too. Scary times we are living in. I hope that enough people wake up and vote for change. I hope all is well with you and yours. Have a lovely day. Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM

Yeah, the future of this country isn't looking very bright to me.

You have a very nice dick! Whenever I've seen such a "slip" I simply appreciate it.

We will end up like the Nazi Germany and ULTA conservative again, like back in the 1920s if this administration doesn't get voted out. If it get worst, I'll consider leaving the country.

The SCOTUS should honor the Constitution, and not the Bible, because America is not a chuch.

I have been said that it is thanks to the "swing vote" of Justice Kennedy that the gay marriage has been declared a right protected by the Constitution.

I have also read what follows:

On Monday (the 18th of June), the Supreme Court announced it would not stop South Dakota from killing a man who has been sentenced to death because he is gay. Some of the jurors who imposed the death penalty on Charles Rhines, who was convicted of murder, have said they thought the alternative — a life sentence served in a men’s prison — was something he would enjoy as a gay man. During deliberations, the jury had often discussed the fact that Mr. Rhines was gay and there was “a lot of disgust” about it, one juror recalled in an interview, according to the court petition. Another said that jurors knew he was gay and “thought that he shouldn’t be able to spend his life with men in prison.” A third recounted hearing that if the jury did not sentence Mr. Rhines to death, “if he’s gay, we’d be sending him where he wants to go.” The justices rejected Mr. Rhines’s plea to hear his bias claim, allowing his death sentence to stand despite disturbing evidence that it may have been the result of anti-L.G.B.T. animus. As usual, the court gave no explanation for its decision not to review the case. But its silence sent a deeply troubling message about the value placed on the lives of L.G.B.T. people.
Copied from https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/19/opinion/charles-rhines-gay-jury-death-row.html

In France, the judge always has to justify every decision, and the jury has only to say if the defendant is guilty or not, and if the jury declares that he is guilty, the jury has to say if the defendant has extenuating circumstances or not, and it is the judge and nobody else who decides on the applicable penalties.
If the jury decides on the applicable penalties a) the judge is useless b) we are not very far from the time when the accused was lynched before being hung.

Love, hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

I saw a dickslip once like Picture #8 --- had a summer job painting houses and the homeowner came out in baggy shorts to help move some boards or something that were in the way. He squatted down and his balls fell out of his shorts. He didn't seem to notice, so I didn't say anything. I just made sure to get an eyeful. That was probably my best/ most obvious one, but by no means the only time.

Let's see... a guy on the subway in Boston, sitting with his legs crossed in a figure 4, me sitting across with a perfect view up his shorts. Nothing was falling out, but everything was in plain sight from where I was sitting. Rode the Green Line all the way from Allston in to Kenmore Square feasting my eyes on this guy's nuts. Again, he seemed oblivious and I don't think anyone else had the right angle to see what I could see.

Nowadays I get a fair amount of "balls hanging out of hospital gown" action, which hardly counts as a wardrobe malfunction since hospital gowns aren't really made to keep you covered. But hey --- I'll take it. Balls are fun to look at no matter what!

I'll say what the wise people who wanted Hillary Clinton on the ticket back in 2016 told me: Since there are far more 9-0 rulings than 5-4, the difference between Ginsburg and Gorsuch is trivial.

You can tell my generation blames the Clintons for Trump. So, we get to throw shade, since we can't do anything else until Boomer Dems die.

All this happened because in 2016, Democrats wanted upper-class white suburbanites in the South to be some hidden demographic for them. Yeah, that's nice, I used to know these cute lesbians in college and always wanted a threeway with them. Looks like both of us have blue balls.
