Manhood Paying the Price?

I got a late start today... And, the meteorologist lied. The clouds are rolling in for another lovely, blustery day.
Got a letter from a guy asking about the truth damage from sleeping clothed below the waist.

"I'm curious about something. I want to know if it is bad for your penis to sleep in briefs because of the pressure on nocturnal erections. I heard on Google from several sources that even if your underwear is ludicrously tight you won't have to worry about your manhood paying the price/that it can't cause ED. I want to know what you think though and how you know it. I sleep either naked or so my penis has full room to grow."

Folks, I've said it before. Sleeping in briefs can damage the cock. Sleeping in anything below the waist is not good for the penis. Males can get as many as 11 erections during sleep - mostly during REM, when the body is completely relaxed.
Whether he wears tight, tight briefs or loose pajamas, the erect penis can get trapped in an awkward position. Then, if he rolls over on it the Tunica can crack. The Tunica is the fibrous sheath which runs the length of the shaft surrounding the Corpus Cavernosa, the sponge-like tubes that fill up with blood to form the erection. The Tunica provides the wall that limit the Cavernosa; without it, the penis would look like a fat balloon.

The injury can be slight, it can be major. If can be painful or not painful at all. Some men don't even realize they've damaged their penis until they notice a bend in their erections which wasn't present before.

The result is not necessarily ED. But, the result is a bent erection. There's a big difference. A bend in the erect penis is called Peyronies Disease. This is actually caused by the scar tissue (a plaque) which forms as the Tunica heals. Depending on the severity of the bend, it can be painful and/or impossible to have penetrative sexual intercourse. There are even TV commercials about this now, steering guys to a website advertising a prescription drug to help men overcome the problem. However, that will only help with minor bends - major ones will require surgery to remove the scarring/plaque.

Avoid damage. Avoid a bent cock.

Males should sleep naked.

Hey Bro! Hope you are doing well and having fun. Good advice - sleeping naked is just the way to go in my opinion - safer and it feels good - need to be free from the constriction of textile chains. I wish you a lovely, bonerific day, my Friend. Hugs, Licks, and Strokes, AOM

It is what I always do, and otherwise I would not be able to manage to fall asleep, but however I don"t think that "sleeping in anything below the waist is not good for the penis"...
... at least as regards the socks.

But if POTUS sleeps in "ludicrously tight briefs", I don't mind. After all, he has nothing more to do than to write his tweets in capital letters for letting off steam.

Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.

Great advice as always! Great images too! Not so cold here this morning. But August is often a cold windy month! Six monthly medical tomorrow!
