Considering that September is National Prostate Health Month, what better time to cover this? Author Matt Grey offers this description to explain what it is:

Along with that, comes a question from Faithful Reader, Stan, who underwent prostate removal. To affect erections, he's had an inflatable implant. While he enjoys being able to have sex, he misses the ejaculations. He experiences orgasm, but doesn't cum.

As Freshmen happened to write it recently, an ejaculation requires no translation. May be that if the seminal volume decrease, we only have to keep a sharp ear out.
