The photos most of us post are done professionally. The camera angles, lighting, and camera placement are purposefully done in order to make the model's cocks look larger.

We all post so many photos that come from the porn sites that focus on well endowed men. And like you say, the camera angles can make a man look larger than he is. Plus the height of the model can make a difference. A shorter model will look larger because of the overall proportions.
