The sun is blazing orange. The smoke from all the fires in California is creating a haze here.
It's going to be another day of sizzling heat and we've already broken the records out here in the West. This pandemic makes things difficult. We must be alone most of the time. Even those of us who live with someone need to spend some time just with ourselves.
Find something that inspires you.

To appreciate yourself.

I hope these fires will not spread to you! Over 450,000 hectares devastated, it's scaring. And if the fire destroys the Covid-19, it is far from a consolation. In fact, these two disasters add up. A crossfire, if I can say so.

Having plenty of men in the family, it's always amazing how careful they are to appear very drab and plain. Just when I think it's time to brighten up their wardrobes, it's always, no way. It seems that some things just don't change. Hugs and bisous.

@ MFP - Not much chance of the fires spreading this far, but one never knows. The latest to spring up is about 130 miles from here with nothing but dry-brush desert between it and us. Hugs and bisous!
