"Is there anything anything a guy can do to increase his number of swimmers? Going to the lab for a jizz test was bad enough but now I have to go pound one out at the fertility clinic? Please tell me theres some alternative to this whole IVF jack-off shit."
According to two different articles over at Healthline, there are ways to improve things in the world of male fertility. You will, most likely, roll your eyes when you read them because men's sexual health touts them for all manner of boner issues. But what have you got to lose?
Article 1: 10 Ways to Boost Male Fertility and Increase Sperm Count.
Article 2: How to Increase Sperm Count: 7 Tips for Sperm Health.
Both suggest: Lose Weight / Exercise / Take Your Vitamins / Avoid Substance Abuse / Check your Environment / Have Your Bike Checked / Cotton Briefs
Those last two might sound foreign. If you bicycle at all, get the proper seat! One that is specifically made for men to avoid crushing the perineum and/or testicles.
All-Cottom briefs will allow for better air flow to The Boys. Manmade materials can trap and retain heat and cause problems with sperm health because your balls get too warm.
If your other half doesn't agree to let you try those things, or if those things don't help, you'll just have to suck it up and go to that clinic and "pound one out."
So, if you have to do it, hold your head high, accept the cup and stroll down that hall with confidence and pride.

it's no longer a problem for me, and what's more for a long time, and I'm delighted.
Hugs and bisous, my darlings Jean and Pat.
Have a great day.
The vitamin one is unlikely. Basically supplements are held to a much lower standard of evidence; the manufacturer need only provide two studies, just include a disclaimer "Statement not evaluated by the FDA. Not intended to treat, cure, prevent, diagnose, or mitigate a disease." and don't say it does those things (but a health magazine can) and you're golden.
love the name swimmers for ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈
Great advice as always.
Thankfully we don't have to worry about our swimmers. That ship has sailed. Love the bike seat.
Had the issue and found cotton boxers and a bit baggy pants.
Lycra in underwear makes for a good look, but also can cause havoc with the boys - in more than one way. Yeast infections during warm, summer months can appear on the part of your balls that come in contact with your upper inner thigh. So, yes. Cotton is the answer. I wear Lycra infuse boxer briefs when I want to show off for company... but during the week, when nobody's likely to see? Cotton, my friends. I call them my old granny panties. Kizzes.
On the other hand, I volunteer to take our questioner to those labs and clinics, to assist with the ejaculate sample extraction. I do not think he would mind the labs and clinics so much if he had an Assistant Masturbator/Milker to help him fill the cup with Jizz.
Who knew it could be this hard?
And I’ve heard of the dreaded cyclist problem…
XoXo
@ Six - Right? But some dudes just don't have 'em, or enough healthy ones to get where they need to go. XOXO
