5 Pound Weights

 Good morning.

"I been whacking off twice a day for a week and my nuts still feel like a couple of 5 pound weights. WTF dude?"

Chalk it up to a spike in your testosterone. It's not uncommon at this time of year.

There's a reason adages (sayings) are passed down from generation to generation. "Springtime: when a young man's fancy turns to thoughts of love," is just a very fancy way of saying Spring makes  guys horny.

It's nothing to worry about. Just keep on doing what you're doing, and eventually things will level off.

Besides, it's Masturbation Month. Celebrate it.

All Those Boners

Good morning.

"I enjoy sex but why are men such horn dogs all the time?"

I can only hypothesize. It's embedded in our physiological make-up, in hormone (Testosterone) levels. But, let's go beyond that, shall we? You've heard of Blue Balls, that they ache when a man has been aroused for a length of time without ejaculating? Arousal is anytime a man has an erection - even a partial one. During arousal, blood and fluid build up in and around the testicles (vaso-congestion). After a while they will begin to feel heavy and ache.

We get erections when we sleep --- even if it's a nap --- to feed blood oxygen to the inner tissues (Cavernosa Spongiosum) of the cock which contain only a single central artery.

Those nighttime erections can last as long as 90 minutes and can trigger dreams of sex. We may even go so far as to grind into the mattress.

When we shower, the sheer act of washing can bring on a chub --- a partial erection, a semi-hard-on. We get those blood oxygen erections during the day, too. Even past puberty, we get those. They may not get as hard, but it still adds up.

All that build-up with all those boners makes us feel "horny." The preferable form of relief comes with ejaculation,

so we seek that in whatever form is available to us --- sex with a partner or spouse, or through masturbation.

Complete and Satisfactory Orgasm

"The last week or so has been awful.  I been shooting a load at least three times a day but its not satisfying at all and it still feels like my balls are going to explode. Is there anything I can do to about a constant urge to cum?"

I can relate. And I can certainly sympathize. I think most guys could.

Just like women, men's hormones fluctuate. We all have those periods of extremely high libido once in a while, usually due to a surge of testosterone. The boners are super hard, and it can seem like nothing we do takes care of them. The hard-on will subside only to pop back up again, nagging us, until we whip it into a frenzy in an attempt to beat it down as fast as possible.

The problem with doing that is the intensity of the orgasm is missing. One thing that may help is to slow down. Use lube, if you aren't already.

Lacking a partner, if you have a masturbation sleeve, or a FlashJack, use it in a manner to mimic penetrative intercourse by thrusting into it.

At the very least, thrust through your hand.

That might help increase the sense of more natural sexual movement leading to a more complete and satisfactory orgasm.

Readers, any other ideas that worked for you, that might help this young man?

Please Tell Me

"Please help me I'm about to go out of my mind. It's like my dick is hard all the time. It gets to where I can't wait to get home so I can free my hard-on and stroke one out. I swear two hours later it's boning up again begging for more. I run one off and by the time I crawl into bed at night I have to jack off again in order to get to sleep. This happens a lot like at least every month. Please tell me other guys go through bouts like this."

I can assure you that you are not alone. I have always suspected that men go through hormonal cycles. Like a woman's period but they present differently. According to Medicine Net testosterone either drops or goes rampant, like they're on a total rampage,"We know that there are seasonal cycles with testosterone higher in November and lower in April."

The latter makes us irritable, moody, and getting an erection slightly more difficult to acheive.
The former makes our cocks hard at the drop of a hat, our balls ache, and desperate to cum.

You don't say how old you are. However, I can promise, the younger we are the worse it is. Testosterone begins to wane around the age of 30 but, even as levels diminish, the hornies can still strike.

To my knowledge, there's nothing we can do about it. Maybe a more strenuous exercise routine. But, for some men, exercise can actually cause boners to strike.

Readers, do any of you go through periods like this?
