Anal Bleaching

Good morning.

"What can you tell us about anal bleaching. Has anyone tried it and does it work. What exactly does it do and how long does it last?"

The skin around the anus is naturally darker - just as the penile shaft and scrotum are a shade darker - than the rest of the body. Why? Who knows?

According to Healthline:

"Anal bleaching is a cosmetic treatment that lightens skin around the anus.

One popular method uses chemical peels or creams to break down melanin, natural pigments in the skin. These products can also reduce the number of melanin-producing cells around your anus.

Laser treatments are another popular technique. Lasers can destroy excess melanin and slow pigment creation.

Neither of these techniques use actual bleach. Bleach can can cause unnecessary harm, and cause long-term complications.

You’ll have to continue bleaching the skin for long-term results.

Daily activities, such as walking, running, and sweating, cause friction. Friction increases skin pigmentation.

If you decide to try laser bleaching, you may need touchups every six months.

Topical treatments may not last as long. Professional-grade products are likely to have a longer impact than over-the-counter products."

OTC products go from $16 at Amazon to $67 from Musely.

Unless you're into wearing thongs or a partner requests it,

I personally don't see any reason to spend the money.

Since Dr. Ruth

A good question:

"I wonder if you or your readers can tell me if there is anything in the female anatomy similar to the prostate in men?

I have become bisexual and found the great pleasure of getting my prostate massaged, first by insertion of vegetable matter and then dildos, and finally the ultimate pleasure of an erect cock massaging my prostate.  Does a woman get some kind of similar pleasure from anal intercourse?"

There is an equivalent. The Skenes gland surrounds the urethra like the prostate does. Evidently, it is what enables some women who seem to ejaculate.

According to PubMed:

"Women have glandular tissue below the bladder and surrounding the urethra that appears to be homologous to the male prostate. This tissue (also called "female prostate" or Skene's glands) appears to be the source of a viscous, white secretion, which exits from the urethra upon sexual stimulation in some women."

Do women get similar pleasure from anal intercourse? I would think so.

According to VeryWellHealth:

"The glands are surrounded with clitoral tissue, which swells during sexual arousal." [Bold is theirs.]

There are women who enjoy it. My first wife did - she would actually ask. And, of course, I would accommodate the request.

As Dan Savage says, we should all be GGG (Good, Giving, & Game).

He's the best thing to come along for sex advice since Dr. Ruth.

Size

"Could you talk about penis size, and how it affects relationships?

First of all, I don't like labels, because I take love above all else. But if it's easier to understand, I'm between gay and bi.

I would like to find a boyfriend/girlfriend (but of course, the preference is for a boyfriend). In this relationship, I would like to be the active one, but I have a 16-17 cm penis and I don't know if that's enough.
I know that the average adult erect penis in Brazil is 13-14 cm and that I would be "above average", but I still feel insecure. What do I do?"

Size doesn't affect relationships. Not when it's a true relationship. A random hook-up might consider size an issue, but establishing a real connection with someone --- male or female --- really won't.

At close to 25.4cm (10in), my brother had many women tell him "No way!" when they got a look at his hard-on. Then he met his future wife. She wasn't concerned with size at all.

If, by "active one," you mean you want to be the one who penetrates (tops), your length is fine. It will easily reach the prostate to stimulate a partner.

Of course, there will always be what are known as "size queens," people who think bigger is better. Unless you have what the medical community considers a "micro penis" (under 2in when hard), there's no problem. At 16cm --- 6.3in --- you have plenty to work with.

Forget about the size of your cock.

Instead, learn how to use it. There's truth to the old saying, "It's not the size of the boat, it's the motion in the ocean."

Learn what stimulation a partner likes and provide it.

Did You?

Startling new information about HPV - human papilloma virus. Fifty percent of parents are refusing to get their age-appropriate (11 and 12) kids vaccinated. It would seem they aren't aware of the ravages this common virus can wreak.
This vaccine prevents a variety of cancers. When asked in a survey by the Annals of Internal Medicine, more than 80% of men and women, ages 18 - 26, didn't know that HPV causes: Cervical, anal, penile, throat, and oral cancers.
Did you?

A few years ago a friend of mine went through treatment (surgery, radiation, chemo) for an oral-throat cancer. He's in his 70s, never smoked, never drank to excess, and wondered how or why he developed the cancer. Well, oral sex - at some point in his life - with someone who had the HPV virus is likely the cause.

Did you know that "catch-up" vaccination is recommended for anyone up to age 26?
Did you know you can still get vaccinated if you're between the ages of 27 and  46?

Talk to your doctor.
It would probably be a very good idea if you are not in a monogamous relationship and indulging in unprotected oral or anal sex.
